🏡 Accommodation Welcome to our cozy studio apartment located at 12 rue des Pierres Plantées, in the heart of the iconic Croix-Rousse district. It is located on the second floor of a typical old Lyon building, offering peace and authenticity. The accommodation consists of a main room with a small sofa and kitchenette, a mezzanine with a comfortable double bed (160×200), and a private bathroom located on the ground floor (shower, toilet, sink). Equipped with two HD TVs, high-speed fiber internet, and quality bedding, it is the ideal cocoon for a tourist, business, or romantic stay in the heart of Lyon. Rated 2 stars and an official partner of the Lyon Tourist Office, this apartment offers a unique atmosphere and an authentic setting from which to discover the capital of Gaul. The Croix-Rousse metro station (line C) is just a few steps away, and the Place des Terreaux is a 10-minute walk away. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen The compact but functional kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and dishes. Upon arrival: As soon as you enter the apartment, please report any malfunctions or anomalies you may notice. Respect for the property and the neighborhood: We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality. Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests. To this end, we ask you to: Respect the residential environment: Comply with the building's internal regulations. Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment. Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being. Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns: We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control.
