Discover this beautiful 24m² flat, perfectly furnished and equipped for your comfort. Ideal for 2 to 4 people, it's the perfect place to come and enjoy Lyon and its 6th arrondissement, with all shops and transport nearby.

The building is on the 1st floor without a lift. It comprises: An entrance hall with storage space, a lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV and wifi. A dining area with table and chairs for 4 people. A separate sleeping area with a 140x200 double bed and a wardrobe for your personal belongings. A fully-furnished kitchen with induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and all you need for cooking. There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin, towel rail, storage space and WC. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mats, tea towels) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night/morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
