Nestled in the heart of Bow, this stylish and characterful home is the perfect retreat for up to six guests and a toddler. Combining modern comforts with unique décor, the flat offers a cosy yet vibrant setting for those looking to explore East London. Whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or a mix of both, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This quiet and spacious home features three beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms boast plush king-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the third sleeping space is a comfortable double sofa bed in the third bedroom, which also includes a cot bed. One of the bathrooms includes a bath and shower, while the second features a sleek walk-in shower. The two-storey house enjoys plenty of natural light with a south-facing conservatory and garden including a plum tree to harvest over the summer, adding to its warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area and conservatory are designed for relaxation, with a stylish hammock, a two-seated sofa, eclectic décor, and ample space to unwind. A dedicated dining area in the conservatory provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals while overlooking the garden, whether you're cooking at home or bringing back delicious local cuisine. The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances, making it easy to whip up breakfast before heading out or enjoy a cosy dinner in. The house is fully equipped to welcome your toddler, with a cot bed, a changing table, a highchair as well as many books and toys.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Please note that there is parking, but it is not directly located at the property address. You can park the car for free a 5 minute walk from the property. All instructions will be shared upon confirmation of booking. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
