Within easy walking distance are the Regent's Canal, Little Venice, Hyde Park and Regents Park, as well as the famous areas of Marylebone, Portobello and Notting Hill. Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
