The first-floor living space is the heart of the home, a stunning example of modern design combined with warmth and character. Exposed concrete walls, rich oak flooring, and natural textures set a refined tone, while large windows flood the area with light. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sociable space ideal for entertaining or relaxing.
