Welcome to your quiet oasis in the centre of London. Located in a friendly, pedestrianised estate, this cosy flat is perfect for couples, solo travellers, or work-from-home guests seeking calm, comfort and connection. The space is bright and modern, with real wood floors, plenty of natural light, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment is professionally managed and fully stocked with hotel-like bed linen, towels, and consumables. With a rare, lush green, sunny, south-facing balcony — a private green space with lots of plants and a garden feel. It’s the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee or watching the sun set with a drink in hand. The living room is made for slowing down. Stretch out on the sofa, cast your favourite shows on the high-def projector, and set the mood with Philips Hue lighting, or play music around the apartment on the Sonos speakers. If you’re working from home, there’s a flexible setup for two: a height-adjustable desk, ergonomic kneeling chair, or pull the table to the sofa for comfy productivity. The desk also doubles as a dining table with matching dining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking, with modern appliances, all the tools you’ll need, and a Nespresso machine. There’s also a washer/dryer tucked into a utility space to keep things practical during longer stays.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
