This elegant and character-filled home in Maida Vale, close to the waterways of Little Venice, offers a warm and stylish London base for families or groups seeking space, comfort and a truly distinctive setting. Set across two levels, the property combines period charm with thoughtfully curated interiors, creating a welcoming retreat in one of west London’s most picturesque areas. The home accommodates up to six guests and features four bedrooms arranged over two floors, connected by internal stairs. There are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, with the two upstairs bedrooms including mezzanine levels that add a unique and playful architectural touch. The property has two bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and the other with a walk-in shower. Located on the lower ground floor, the layout benefits from generous proportions and a sense of privacy, while still enjoying excellent natural light. The living room is a beautifully styled space that blends character, warmth and sophistication, making it a true highlight of the home. Period features such as high ceilings, decorative cornicing and a classic fireplace create a sense of heritage, while rich textures and bold colour choices add depth and refinement. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not in use. Deep blue velvet seating is complemented by patterned accent chairs, antique-style furniture and carefully selected artwork, giving the room a timeless and elegant feel. Statement lighting and playful ceiling details add personality, while large windows and glazed doors allow daylight to flow through, enhancing the airy and welcoming ambience. Flowing naturally from the living area, the kitchen and dining space is equally impressive. The kitchen combines traditional style with modern practicality, featuring dark-toned cabinetry, open shelving and brass fittings that give it a bespoke, country-inspired character. A tiled splashback and classic range-style cooker add further charm, while the solid wooden dining table forms a warm and sociable centrepiece, ideal for shared meals, relaxed breakfasts or long evenings together. Guests also have access to a communal garden, providing a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy during warmer months. Please note: a security camera is in place monitoring the external access to the flat door for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property.

We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
