This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Jamie fue muy servicial, perdí las llaves del apartamento y respondió casi al instante y resolvió el problema. La ubicación no podría haber sido mejor, y el apartamento ofrecía todo lo que necesitaba.

Apartamento limpio y ordenado. Zona tranquila y silenciosa. A poca distancia de la conexión de tren. Lo único negativo fue que el desagüe de la bañera estaba casi obstruido.
