Loches is an ideal starting point for exploring the region's treasures: Beauval Zoo, one of the most beautiful zoos in Europe (approximately 30 minutes away), the famous Loire Valley châteaux, including Chenonceau and Amboise, Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence, the charming villages of Chédigny and Montrésor, ranked among the most beautiful in the region. Nature lovers can also discover the Brenne Regional Natural Park, nicknamed the "land of a thousand ponds," or enjoy the unspoiled forests and landscapes of southern Touraine. A former washhouse situated on the banks of the Indre River, this charming spot invites you to make the most of its spacious, well-appointed terrace—perfect for lovely summer days and for letting yourself be lulled by the gentle sound of the water. Thanks to its design, the accommodation stays naturally cool and also features two fans for added comfort on the hottest days.

Upon arrival, you'll discover a welcoming living area with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. The spacious living room, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi, easily converts into a sleeping area thanks to a comfortable sofa bed. The separate bedroom features a 160cm double bed, ample built-in wardrobes, and a desk area, ideal for working remotely or organizing your belongings in peace and quiet. The en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, offers a truly relaxing experience after your days of exploring or working. 👉 Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light. From the living area, open the French doors to a large paved terrace furnished with a table, garden furniture, and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying sunny days in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Just opposite, a beautifully landscaped public garden invites you for a stroll or a peaceful break in nature.
