Welcome to my apartment! This 1-bedroom apartment with a single sofa bed in Lisbon is the perfect choice for couples and families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. The apartment offers access to a shared rooftop terrace with comfortable seating arrangements. The first-floor location, accessible only by stairs, may pose challenges for guests with mobility issues. The living room features a single sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom is a mezzanine with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing guests privacy and comfort. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The apartment also includes a powder room, ensuring everyone has enough space and privacy. The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
