This apartment, renovated in 2024, is located on Place des Patiniers, in the city center of Lille. It is on the 3rd floor of a small building typical of Old Lille. Grand Place, train stations, shops and restaurants: everything is easily accessible on foot! Public parking two minutes walk away. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

Please note, the stairs to access the accommodation are typical of old buildings in Old Lille and are quite steep. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Also note that as the apartment is located in a lively area, some noise pollution may occur at night. Located in a family-run building, it is therefore suitable for responsible and respectful travellers; be sure not to party or make excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto the living room with open kitchen, dining area and lounge area (wifi connection and connected TV). - A bedroom with a double bed separated from the living room by a sliding glass door (there are also curtains) - Small laundry area with a washing machine - Upstairs you will find a second bedroom with two separate beds - Still upstairs is the bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present.
