The house is located in Sainghin en Melantois, and is accessed via the ground floor, giving you access to the entire property. Parking spaces in the secure courtyard inside the house. Please note that the swimming pool is currently closed. We are available during your stay by phone from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our maintenance technicians are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in case of emergency.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
