The apartment is located on rue Boucher de Perthes, on the ground floor at the rear of a Lille building, just a few minutes' walk from shops, the Grand-Place and public transport. It's a loft-style duplex, with high ceilings and a skylight.
Espacio
As the neighbourhood is lively, particularly in the evening due to nearby bars, it is not unusual to hear noise from outside, especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. We invite you to take this into account when planning your stay. The apartment is laid out as follows: On the ground floor, a living room with sofa bed and an open, fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, at the end of an industrial-style metal staircase, a bedroom with a double bed, plus a bathroom with shower. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.

You will have access to the entire apartment, with check-in available at any time from 3pm onwards. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence. République Beaux Arts metro station is a 5-minute walk away, Lille Flandres train station is an 11-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, V'Lille station 130 meters away (Place de Strasbourg station).
