This apartment is located in the Moulins district of Lille, Rue de Fontenoy. You will be just a stone's throw from the city center! The “Porte de Douai” metro station is a 6-minute walk away. The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is spacious and atypical due to its industrial style and its two souplex rooms. Ideal for visiting Lille and for your business trips!

We live in the residence and will be available. This apartment is suitable for all responsible travelers, so please be sure not to party or make excessive noise (music, shouting) after 8pm. As a last resort, we may have to shorten your stay if this rule is not respected. The apartment is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Entrance opening onto the living room equipped with an overhead projector for watching television - Large equipped kitchen - Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink At level -1: - A first bedroom with double bed - A second bedroom, more spacious, also with double bed Please note that the staircase to the room is typical of our lovely Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. We live in the building across the street and will be available at any time! The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
