The living room is adorned with bookshelves, creating a homely retreat for book lovers, a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony with 180-degree views over Dublin city, perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
