Situated on the 15th floor, this 66m² apartment is easily accessible by lift. Step into this stunning, modern apartment in Downtown Dubai's heart. The spacious, light-filled living room features contemporary furnishings with a sleek design. The dining area comfortably accommodates four guests, while the sitting area, complete with a smart TV, invites you to unwind and enjoy your favourite shows. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The majestic bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay.
