Designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas, the living space features a comfortable king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a smart TV to enjoy all your favourite shows. Step out onto the private balcony, furnished with seating areas, to relax and relish the city views. The fully-equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, featuring a stove, oven, and microwave. The bathroom is stocked with towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Guests will have access to the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
