Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the city skyline, while contemporary décor and soft lighting create a calm, welcoming vibe. The fully equipped kitchen combines classic style with modern convenience. It features rich wooden cabinetry, sleek granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, and toaster, making it perfect for cooking meals at home. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. Large windows let in natural light and offer views of the surrounding skyline. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
