Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you will be considerate of this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
