Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this chic 87m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features luxurious, comfortable sofas where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with an astonishing view of the marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The first bedroom is pleasant with a king bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 8 PM-9 AM has a surcharge of 150 AED. Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
