Upon entering, you will discover a pleasant and functional home. On the ground floor, you will find: - A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, - A welcoming living area with a TV corner and Wi-Fi, - A dining area with multiple tables, making it easy for the whole group to gather, - A separate toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of: - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, - Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, - An attic bedroom with two single beds, accessible via a staircase from one of the other bedrooms, - Two bathrooms, - A separate toilet. A separate suite accommodating two people is located right next door (requires stepping outside the main gîte to access it). It features: - A double bed, - A private bathroom, - A small kitchenette area. This layout is ideal for multiple families or a group of friends to enjoy their stay while still having their own private space. The gîte is ideally located for exploring the Touraine and South Touraine regions. You can easily visit Loches—with its historic center and heritage sites—as well as explore the many châteaux, villages, and tourist attractions in the surrounding area. Whether you are planning a weekend with friends, a family getaway, or a business trip, this gîte offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for up to 12 guests. An ideal place to get together, share great meals, and make the most of the Touraine region! For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided, and check-in is self-service via a key box.
