Tucked just steps away from the famous Rue d’Antibes, Suite L’Écrin perfectly embodies the refined spirit of Cannes. This recently renovated apartment blends modern design, soft natural tones, and warm accents in a space that is both cozy and functional. ➤ Living Room / Dining Area: Bright and minimalist, the living room is a welcoming space with a large terracotta-colored sofa that converts into a bed, a smart TV (with Netflix), and an elegant dining area that can seat up to 5 guests. An interior glass partition between the bedroom and the living area adds a contemporary touch while allowing natural light to flow throughout. ➤ Open Kitchen: Fully equipped, the modern kitchen includes an induction cooktop, built-in oven, designer range hood, coffee machine, kettle, and quality cookware. A dark stone countertop paired with a golden backsplash adds both chic character and practical functionality. ➤ Bedrooms: The apartment features two bedrooms: The first bedroom is soft and bright, combining white walls, navy blue bed linens, and natural wood elements for a serene feel. The second bedroom has a more artistic flair, with an abstract mural above the bed and a deep terracotta accent wall, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It also includes a vanity and a wardrobe. ➤ Bathroom: A stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower, matte black fixtures, and a modern basin. The beige and sand tones create a calm, spa-like ambiance.
