Set on a height with open views over the plain, it offers calm, privacy, and convivial living spaces. 🔹 Layout The house has two fully independent levels with no overlooking. The ground floor, entirely private for your stay, includes the garden, pool, terrace, gate, and parking. The upper floor has a separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy. 🔹 Interior 3 bedrooms + a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The living room is large and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker), and the dining area is perfect for gathering. A game/fitness room with mini foosball, darts, and fitness equipment provides entertainment in any season. 🔹 Comfort all year Reversible air conditioning (cool in summer, warm in winter) plus heating. Bed linen and towels provided. 🔹 Outdoors Private pool, sunny terrace, and small garden with no overlooking — perfect for relaxing or admiring sunsets.
