The "Maison Renaissance" welcomes you to a 150m2, 3-storey tuffeau building in the heart of Amboise, renovated in 2022. You'll love its layout, comfort and location. The main room opens onto the living area and opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). Separate toilet and laundry facilities are available on the first floor. The staircase to the second floor leads to : - 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom (shower, WC) The top floor features a large master suite (king-size bed) with private bathroom (shower, WC). You have access to all the accommodation. The house is located on a shopping street in the city, which is pedestrianized from 10am to 8pm.
