Welcome! This lovely 46m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a staircase of approximately 66 steps. While it does require a bit of a workout, guests are rewarded with a quiet and bright space at the top. We recommend taking this into consideration when booking. Step into a bright and welcoming open-plan living space that blends comfort with contemporary style. The living room features a cosy sofa, a stylish armchair, and a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. Natural light floods in through the large windows, enhancing the airy feel of the space, while carefully placed indoor plants add a touch of nature. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, boasting clean white cabinetry, a sleek microwave, and a natural wood countertop that doubles as a breakfast bar with stools, perfect for casual dining or a morning coffee. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
