Situated on the fourth floor, it provides two bathrooms, comfortable living areas, and a private balcony for outdoor space. Its central location gives easy access to Victoria, Sloane Square, and many of London’s most famous landmarks. • Living Area: Open-plan lounge and dining area with sofa, TV unit, and access to the balcony. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, providing everything needed for home cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with storage and natural light. • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub and overhead shower. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with views of the surrounding streets. Things to be aware of (reflected in the price): • The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
