Former 17th century mill that has been transformed into a characterful holiday home found amidst of the peaceful Welsh countryside. It benefits from a relative close proximity to Cardiff, with its extensive shopping choices. This lovely accommodation is situated deep within the owner’s picturesque estate and is within walking distance of an on-site farm park with an array of animals.

Within this lovely property, the spacious lounge retains the overall traditional feel with its exposed wooden beams and cosy wood burner (first basket of logs included). There is also a TV/DVD to relax in front of after an active day. Adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchen/diner that comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Most rooms have breath-taking views overlooking the owners extensive green garden and lake. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite double shower and WC plus additional day bed which can be converts into a single bed. The other bedroom is a twin. There is a bathroom with double shower and WC, close by for convenience. Outside of the accommodation is an outdoor seating area, perfect for dining alfresco.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
