Welcome to my house! Beautiful and tastefully decorated, this lovely 230 m2 house is conveniently located near various top attractions in Bordeaux, such as Place de la Bourse! The living room features two comfortable sofas, a library, a smart TV with multiple streaming options for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for eight. Additionally, there's a private garden with seating areas to relax, enjoy sunny days, or have a meal outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave for cooking delicious meals. The house also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, while four have double beds, each with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There's only one AC on the last floor of the apartment. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
