Before signing the lease agreement, certain documents may be requested, including: a valid ID or passport, proof of primary residence, employment contract, assignment letter, employer certificate, company registration documents (for corporate leases), and a sworn statement confirming the temporary nature of the stay. The lease agreement is drafted in French and must be signed in French. If necessary, we invite you to have it translated before signing. The agreement provides for a fixed term with no automatic renewal and will specify the temporary reason for occupancy as well as the tenant's primary residence address. The actual temporary nature of the occupancy shall prevail over the title or designation of the agreement. This property is not suitable for guests wishing to establish their primary residence, guests without another identifiable residence, or travelers seeking short-term tourist accommodation. The rental includes a monthly electricity allowance of €70 corresponding to 350 kWh (based on €0.20/kWh). Any excessive consumption may be charged based on meter readings taken before and after the stay.
