Welcome to my apartment! Located on the ground floor, right by the D. Luís Bridge, this modern and tastefully decorated 50m² apartment is ideally positioned near many of the top attractions in Vila Nova de Gaia, including Porto Cathedral. The apartment features an open-plan layout. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV offering access to multiple streaming services for enjoying your favourite shows, a desk perfect for work or study, and a dining area with seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and ironing equipment available. The bedroom offers a double bed with hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort, as well as ample space for your belongings, ensuring you feel right at home. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, covering all your essentials. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to guarantee a pleasant experience. The property is situated near the Dom Luís I Bridge, in a charming and lively area where guests can hear the sounds of the metro and city. The beautiful hilly surroundings offer a pleasant mix of uphill and downhill walks. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Please note that this property is located directly beneath the Dom Luís I Bridge. You may hear noise from the metro/tram passing over the bridge, especially at night. Many guests find they quickly get used to it. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
