The property is just 11 minutes from Las Arenas Beach on foot and 30 minutes from the heart of Valencia by metro. The convenience of this property allows guests to experience many great activities the city has to offer!

Welcome to my apartment! A perfect spot for small groups of friends or families of four who are visiting Valencia to enjoy the sun, sand, and cultural attractions. My home is located just an 11-minute from Las Arenas Beach. Additionally, it is near Veles e Vents and Mirador del Port. Marítim - Serríera is also nearby, only a 4-minute walk away. This location provides easy access to the metro (lines 5 and 7), which takes just 11 minutes or six stops to reach Valencia city centre. The apartment spans 100m2 and is fully furnished with all the essentials to make you feel at home. It features a comfortable living room where you can relax and unwind on the sofa, watch your favourite shows on the large TV, or enjoy a meal at the small dining table with four chairs. Although compact, the open kitchen in the living area is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped to prepare full meals. A washing machine is also provided so you can freshen up your clothes without visiting a laundromat. The largest bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the two other rooms contain single beds. All the beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom in the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to freshen up. Towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience. Rest assured; my apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
