This modern two bedroom apartment is perfect for couples or families looking for a central accommodation in Valencia. Located in the Montolivet area with easy access to the center and very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. It has everything you need for a pleasant and complete stay.

Welcome to my flat! This charming 120 m2 property offers a comfortable and cosy space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, as two can use the couch bed. This space is designed with an open plan living area and kitchen. It has a large living room with smart TV and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. Please note that the flat is suitable for 6 people, where 2 will have to sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. The open plan kitchen is ideal for socialising and sharing meals, fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and cutlery, plus all the necessary appliances. The modern master bedroom features a double bed, a dressing room and plenty of storage space, and has a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally cosy, with two single beds and a large wardrobe. At the end of the corridor, there is a well-equipped common bathroom with free towels and toiletries. There is a nice terrace to enjoy the sun and the beautiful weather of Valencia. There is also a washing machine and other essential items/equipment to make your stay more comfortable. Cleaning will be done before your scheduled arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
