Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a large and cozy sofa, a television, and a dining table. The real highlight of the apartment is the terrace, with a seating area where you can relax, enjoy the fresh air, and even fire up the barbecue for a delightful outdoor culinary experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cooking utensils. For added convenience, a dishwasher makes cleaning up easy. There is also a washing machine in a small outdoor area. Additionally, ironing equipment is provided to meet your needs. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, dressed with quality linens for your comfort. The bathroom with a shower is stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a refreshing start to the day. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
