Welcome to this beautiful duplex apartment on a pedestrian street in the historic center of Tours. Ideally designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the 70m² (45m² Carrez) apartment offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay in Touraine, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. On the first floor, you'll find a pleasant living room where you can relax on the sofa while watching TV or taking advantage of the WiFi connection after a day of sightseeing or work. To enhance the conviviality of the space, the kitchen opens onto the living room. It is fully equipped. You'll be able to prepare tasty dishes just like at home (hob, fridge, Tassimo coffee maker, mini-oven, etc.). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Next, a beautiful staircase takes you to the first floor, where you'll find two lovely attic bedrooms. Each has a comfortable double bed, ideal for a good night's sleep, and space to store all your belongings. When the weather's fine, you'll be able to enjoy a lovely shared courtyard (although it's not possible to install outdoor furniture); a lovely haven of peace right in the historic center! For our cycling friends, you can store your bicycles here. So, its location, comfort and equipment make this duplex the ideal place for your next stay in Tours! Everything is within walking distance. For your convenience, everything is included in the cleaning fee. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. All you have to do is put your suitcases down! Please note: we also manage the accommodation at the same address, just opposite, which is ideal for 2 people. So, if you're coming as a group, subject to availability, you can also book it to stay in the same place :) Don't hesitate to contact us for more information! Arrivals are autonomous. Keys are collected from a pick-up point next to the accommodation, which closes at midnight. Please note: This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to its configuration (stairs to access the bedrooms and 2 steps to access the apartment). It is also located in a busy neighborhood. Friends, family, colleagues, don't hesitate to book - we look forward to seeing you!

Easily accessible by car, you'll find paying parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. A little further away, you'll find free parking spaces. There's also an underground parking lot just 400 meters from the apartment. This T3 apartment in the heart of the city is also easily accessible by public transport, or even on foot from Tours train station.
