Located in one of the sunniest areas of Gran Canaria, this bright and spacious duplex is the perfect base for enjoying the island's beautiful beaches, outdoor lifestyle, and year-round sunshine. Ideal for families, couples, or friends, the property comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The duplex is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and a second full bathroom with a bathtub. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Private parking is also included for guests' convenience. Guests have exclusive access to the communal swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and cooling off under the Canarian sun. Please note that access to the pool requires registration at the building's reception office upon arrival. The location is excellent, with restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres, pharmacies, and other essential services within walking distance. The popular golden-sand beach of Puerto Rico and the beautiful Amadores Beach can both be easily reached on foot, while taxis and bus services operate 24 hours a day nearby.
