Welcome! This fantastic three-bedroom apartment has been carefully designed to combine contemporary comfort with the charm of original stone walls. With vibrant and artistic decor, this is the ideal space for families or groups looking for an authentic experience, feeling immediately at home. The social area is the true heart of the apartment, featuring an open-plan concept that unites the living room and the kitchen. The living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a state-of-the-art TV, invites moments of relaxation. The kitchen, featuring a modern and functional island, is fully equipped with everything you need: from a coffee machine and microwave to an oven and hob, ideal for preparing family meals that can be enjoyed at the elegant adjacent dining table. Rest is guaranteed in any of the three harmoniously decorated bedrooms. Two spacious bedrooms with double beds are perfect for couples, and a third bedroom with two single beds is ideal for children or friends. All rooms feature high-quality linens and practical storage for your belongings. The apartment also has two modern bathrooms, equipped with fresh towels and toiletries for your total convenience. Located on the 3rd floor, access to the apartment is exclusively via stairs (no elevator), making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
