Welcome! This cosy studio is the perfect base to explore the city of Porto and its attractions, and comes with all the amenities to make you feel at home! Ideal for couples or small groups, this apartment features a smart open-plan design. The pleasant living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table and television — the ideal space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Large windows ensure excellent natural light. The modern kitchenette is incredibly practical for preparing your meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, hob and other essential appliances for your daily needs. The sleeping area is harmoniously integrated into the studio and is equipped with a double bed and spacious mirrored wardrobes so you can keep your belongings neatly organised. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your total comfort, the building has lift access. The space is always professionally cleaned. This is a self check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been broken (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
