Welcome to my apartment! This cosy 70m² two-storey property in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs. It is designed with tall windows providing brightness and natural light. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery for preparing meals. For your convenience, the property includes a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to easily handle your laundry needs. A service bathroom is next to the living room. Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms with a queen bed each and multiple storage spaces. A shared bathroom in the hallway with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Outside, a lovely terrace provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sunlight. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Dies ist eine schöne Wohnung für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist dennoch in der Nähe der U-Bahn, von Geschäften und Restaurants.
