Everything you need, nothing you don’t. This cosy 20m² private room is a great base for solo travellers or couples exploring Porto. You’ll be staying in a charming guesthouse with shared spaces, including a small communal area with utensils for making simple meals or snacks (just a heads-up — it’s not a full kitchen) and a shared terrace where you can kick back and get some fresh air. Your room comes with a comfy queen bed and a private bathroom just for you, stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and hotel-quality linens so you can relax and recharge after a day out in the city. Just so you know: we’re on a lively street, so there might be a bit of city noise. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. We like to keep it real so you know exactly what to expect — while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.

The guests have access to the common kitchen and the common terrace. Those are shared with other guests in our house (max another 4 people). The bedroom and the bathroom are completely private for the guests.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Alles war fair und notwendig, mehr brauchte man nicht. Es gab ein eigenes Bad und eine Dusche im Zimmer, die Küche wurde gemeinsam genutzt. Alles war großartig, ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort üb
