Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Apparemment propre bien aérer et lumineuse malgré ça petite superficie Endroit stratégique pour visiter la ville métro et commerces à 2 pas de l’appartement.. bref 10/10 je recommande vivement

Excellent flat, very well-divided space, marvellous shower, balcony that allowed plenty of air in, super close to Rua Santa Catarina and several incredible sights in the historic city of Porto.
