The property is located close to numerous attractions (such as Sainte-Chapelle and Notre-Dame), excellent restaurants and shops, and the underground stations are just a few minutes away, allowing guests to get around easily and explore the city.

Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment of 20m² is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Louvre Museum and Cathédrale Notre-Dame! The apartment is ideal for two people but can accommodate two people. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a couch bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer for your laundry needs. The bedroom is on a mezzanine with a low ceiling and has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that renovation work will be taking place in the entrance hall, walls, and staircase over the coming months to enhance the building. Some disturbances may occur during this period. Work will be conducted during normal daytime hours (not too early or too late). Also, please note the flat isn't adapted to disabled people. Enjoy your stay!

Perfekte Lage in einer idealen Gegend. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alles verlief reibungslos und die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Muy buen lugar y ubicacion. solo les falta atencion a pequenos detalles que harian mas placentera la estancia como por ejemplo que la recogida de las llaves sea autonoma en lugar de desplazarte a otro
