Ideally located a short distance from the most beautiful sites and monuments of Paris, my apartment is particularly comfortable and bright. The neighbourhood where it is located is lively; there are all the local shops as well as green spaces and parks.

Welcome! The apartment is a 12-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse. It includes a sofa, two armchairs, a television, and a round table for your meals or as an improvised office. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, and espresso machine. Complimentary hotel-quality linens ensure a good night's rest, including a blackout curtain in both bedrooms. A Babybjörn umbrella bed is also available, catering to the sleep needs of infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years. All the essentials in the bathroom, including a towel rail/heater. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and disinfection will be carried out before or before your scheduled arrival. Enjoy your stay!
