Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this lovely and tastefully decorated 51m² apartment is conveniently located in the 17th arrondissement. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Please note that when using the roll-in air conditioner, the hose must be put outside and fixed with the window to avoid damaging the parquet floor.
