It comfortably accommodates two guests with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just two minutes from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the City of Light.

Welcome! The entrance to this 40 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and a large TV. The dining area includes a table that seats two guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200) carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens and storage space. The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that's left to do is enjoy your stay!
