The property is close to various attractions (e.g. The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur), good restaurants and shops, and the Porte de Clignancourt station is just 7 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 33m2 studio is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur! This studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The studio also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The sleeping area has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note that the building and common areas will be renovated for approximately two months, starting mid-February. The scaffolding will be secured with an alarm, and the construction work will be on hold on Saturdays and Sundays. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
