Welcome to my 28m² apartment on the 4th floor without a lift in the 11th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people, with a double bed in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 28 m² apartment on the 4th floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a convertible sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table for two, perfect for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (double – 140x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a mirror and a toilet. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please be aware that construction work is taking place in the building. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Aber eine Tür zum Badezimmer hinzuzufügen, wäre noch schöner gewesen. Ich denke, es ist etwas überbewertet, aber trotzdem ein schöner Ort.
