The Parede train station is just a short walk away, so guests can easily travel and explore Cascais and Lisbon!

Welcome! This modern and spacious apartment, decorated with simple and elegant lines to make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point for your visit. Ideal for families, the property features a large and bright living room, separate from the kitchen. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table, providing the ideal environment to relax and socialize. The independent kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, it features an oven, stove hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine to make your daily life easier. The sleeping area consists of two quiet bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed and direct access to a private balcony where you can get some fresh air. The second bedroom features two single beds. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. The apartment is located on the first floor and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Unser Aufenthalt in Parede war großartig. Die Airbnb-Unterkunft lag in ruhiger Lage, und die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet – vor allem die Küche bot alles, was wir brauchten. Wir blieben fünf Näch

Leider hatten wir einige Probleme mit den Jalousien – sie waren nicht besonders zuverlässig. Eines der Sofas hatte Flecken, und es gab nicht viel Küchenzubehör. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden
