Welcome to my studio! Located in Montévrain, our studio is in a quiet, calm neighbourhood, close to restaurants and cafes and just a 37-minute drive from Paris. This studio has been designed with your comfort in mind. It features a comfortable sofa bed with hotel-quality linens and offers plenty of storage space so you can enjoy your stay with ease. A cooling fan has also been provided to ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the day. The kitchen is perfectly arranged and equipped with all the essential utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals. Whether you're making a quick snack or cooking a more elaborate dish, you'll find everything you need. The studio also comes with a deep fryer, allowing you to enjoy delicious and healthy meals during your stay. The bathroom is spacious, complete with a vanity, mirror, shower, and toilet. Every detail has been carefully considered for your comfort and well-being. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the fresh air, featuring a parasol, tables, and chairs to relax and make the most of sunny days. The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between stays to ensure it's always ready for your arrival. All that's left to do is enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. Please keep the space clean and make sure not to leave any food in the refrigerator, to wash all your dishes and to take out any trash from the kitchen and the bathroom. It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood. There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property.
