The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Chueca subway station is just 3 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my flat! This beautiful 5 bedroom flat in Madrid is the perfect place for families and friends looking to explore the city. Located on the first floor and accessible both by lift and another entrance that can be accessed by stairs. The spacious living room has three comfortable sofas and a television. A private balcony to enjoy with your companions. The dining room is equipped with a large table with seating for five people, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking utensils, cutlery and essential appliances such as a cooker, oven and microwave. For added convenience, the flat is also equipped with a dishwasher for after-meal clean-up, as well as a washing machine and iron for your laundry needs. The flat has two bedrooms with a double bed and three bedrooms with a single bed each, all furnished with hotel quality bedding for maximum comfort. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom for extra comfort. Both bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and free toiletries. Enjoy your stay.

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
