The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sitting space perfect for watching TV and unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for gathering with loved ones and sharing meals. Equipped with all the essentials, it has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes quickly. The main bedroom features a plush double bed and plenty of storage, while the second bedroom, with two comfortable single beds and a spacious wardrobe, is perfect for family or friends. The modern bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and everything you need to feel refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lovely garden, where you may spot a few friendly resident cats roaming freely. The property also features a charming pomar with seasonal fruits and flowers typical of Madeira, offering a taste of the island’s natural beauty. Please note that light maintenance is carried out weekly to keep the space thriving and well cared for. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
